Anna Cope is a fully qualified and UKCP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, working with a range of issues including: trauma, bereavement, sexuality and gender issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, eating disorders, physical disability, chronic pain, childhood neglect, bullying, anger, miscarriage, post-natal depression, psycho-sexual issues, personality disorders, relationship issues and more.

We all experience painful and difficult times throughout the course of our lives. Sometimes, we find we are repeating destructive patterns which interfere with our relationships or inhibit our progress and creativity. Perhaps, you are struggling to grieve the loss of a loved one, going through a break-up, or grappling with seemingly inexplicable depression and anxiety.

Psychotherapy and counselling enable us to explore our thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space. Through a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions and responses to situations, you can gain greater control over your life and the choices you make.  Increased self-awareness gives you the freedom and confidence to make changes. Whilst this process can be challenging it can also be a hugely transformative experience.
